The game show-horror hybrid puts a team of friends on a haunted elevator that is lowered into the depths of an abandoned slaughterhouse. Pulling the strings behind the scenes are horror-film producers Jen and Sylvia Soska, who are appropriately known as the Twisted Twins. Executive producer Jason Blum's horror pedigree includes the "Paranormal Activity" film franchise.
